Power Purchase Agreement
Our Proposal centers around our ability and capability to design, build own and operate net-metered solar photovoltaic (Solar PV) systems (Project) under a Power Purchase Agreement.
Hanshot hereby introduces mini grid Hybrid/Solar Power EPC under a Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) for organisations and communities. Hanshot will negotiate and enter into a PPA where as a firm, we provide all development, engineering, construction, procurement, permitting, commissioning, financing, operation, maintenance, monitoring, accounting and decommissioning of the Project under a PPA contract.
Hanshot agrees to sell the power generated by the System for 10 years (120 months) which calculated from the date the System is turned on and generating power.

Operation & Maintenance
We offer a monthly maintenance service in order to ensure that your solar PV operates at optimum performance year round.
This option allows you to request a one-off non-contract maintenance visit where one of our qualified electrical technicians will perform a visual initial inspection of your system and re-test electrical components and consumables. Also included is a review of the data collected by the inverter and any fault codes identified. A shading analysis is conducted before a detailed report of findings is delivered to you with any recommendations for remedial or maintenance work, which we can carry out at additional cost.
PV System monitoring
Parts of the components of the solar pv system are exposed to the elements of weather conditions with wind and dust exerting pressure on the mechanical integrity of the PV system, and the rain impacting both the panel’s electrical string connections and the roof mounting structure.
The safe and effective working of the entire solar PV system determines the electricity generated and efficiency of performance.
Our preventative solar PV system maintenance plan is designed to help you achieve and maximise your solar PV investment return. In addition we provide system monitoring solutions that can automatically prompt any potential generation issues and send fault code repairs solution to the monitoring device.
24-hour remote monitoring using tier-1 systems
Reactive and proactive maintenance
Flexible approach to suit budgets and requirement
Have you been abandoned by your original solar PV C?
We provide many clients who have been left without support for their system. Even if we were not the original installer, you will have peace of mind that we are here to support you with your system maintenance and operational needs.
How to Buy
There are various stages that a qualified enquiry will go through that require expert advice and consultancy from each of our service departments to help your business make the correct investment decisions.
Please note that whilst the below is structured for a solar PV enquiry, the general order will also apply to other technology enquiries, installed on their own or as part of a multi-technology solution.
Solar PV
When you contact us, a member of our team will qualify your site and information provided to assess the viability of your project. If enquiring online, the following information will help us make a more accurate qualifying assessment;
Budgets or expected investment returns
Current electricity usage and patterns
Details of the site
Reasons for investing
If the project or site shows potential, a regional sales advisor will make contact to discuss your site and requirements in more detail. Half hourly electricity data may also be requested at this stage to further assess your suitability.
Site Survey
The next stage will involve a detailed site survey, arranged at a time that works for both parties. A typical visit may take around 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the site. The survey will help us;
Determine the suitability of your roof for installing solar PV; condition, build type, sky lights, shading issues, etc
Identify inverter locations and cable runs
Site specific risk assessment
Health and safety considerations (for installation and operation)
Design
With your requirements, budgets and targets in mind, together with the site survey report, our design & engineering team will create a solution (or solutions) that include;
Advice on maximum system size
Proposed module layout
Electrical design
Product specification
Expected generation and carbon offset
Pricing and 25 year financial return plan (if purchasing outright)
